The Situation is a collection of objects that were developed from a medley of actual spatial situations requiring a designed solution. The need to hang, the need for a table, the need for a shelf, the need to fill a corner, the need for a small platform. From these needs prototypes were developed, followed by these iterations that complete The Situation.
The Situation was first launched at The Bellevue Art Museum in August 2015 as part of their show The New Frontier: Young Designer-Makers in the Pacific Northwest.
